Carvering.com Return & Refund Policy
Carvering.com is committed to your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of some of our products and business models, our return and refund policy varies depending on the purchase, as specified below:
General:
- All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
- All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Any shipping costs incurred for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required for all returns.
Affiliate Program:
- Returns initiated for items purchased through affiliate links will be subject to the return and refund policy of the specific affiliate merchant. Carvering.com will not handle refunds directly for these purchases.
- Please contact the affiliate merchant directly for their return and refund instructions.
Dropshipping:
- Returns initiated for dropshipped items will be subject to the return and refund policy of the individual supplier. Carvering.com will facilitate the return process but may not have control over the refund timeframe or amount.
- Please contact Carvering.com customer service for assistance with initiating a return for a dropshipped item.
White Label Program:
- Due to the customization involved in white label products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
- This applies to any defects or imperfections present in the design or production, as these items are considered bespoke creations.
- However, if the mistake lies with Carvering.com’s production or manufacturing process, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Exceptions:
- We may refuse returns for items showing signs of wear or damage, alteration, or improper care.
- We may refuse returns for hygiene reasons for certain types of jewelry (e.g., earrings).
- Sale items and clearance items may have different return policies; please check the product description for details.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note:
- We strive to minimize unnecessary refunds and encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and size charts before making a purchase.
